Why We?
Because commercial bird control is not about selling products.
It's about solving problems.

Birds are smart, stubborn, and surprisingly good at finding weaknesses in your property. Getting rid of them can be complicated. Finding the right company to help you shouldn't be.

At Flip A Bird, we combine hands-on experience, independent product selection, and a systematic approach to commercial bird control.

Our goal is simple: find out why birds like your property, make them uncomfortable there, and help you keep it that way.

No miracle gadgets. No universal solutions. No BS.
Why Work With Us?
  • Experience. Real Experience.
Over 10 years of personal, hands-on bird control experience. We've dealt with pigeons in warehouses, gulls on rooftops, geese on golf courses, and many other stubborn birds in places where they definitely weren't welcome.
We've learned what works, what doesn't, and, most importantly, why the same solution works great in one location and fails miserably in another.
You benefit from our experience instead of paying for someone else's experiments.
  • Independent. And Proud of It.
We are not tied to a particular manufacturer, product line, or bird control technology.
We can source products and systems from major bird control manufacturers and distributors, selecting what makes sense for your specific situation.
If your property needs bird netting, we'll recommend netting. If chemical repellents make more sense, we'll consider them. If you need a combination of several methods, that's what we'll propose.
We sell you what YOU need. Not what we need to sell.
  • Your Property. Your Birds. Your Solution.
A warehouse with sparrows is not the same as a hotel with seagulls. Even two neighboring buildings with the same birds may require completely different approaches.
We consider the bird species, property layout, access points, nesting and feeding patterns, business operations, and maintenance requirements before recommending a solution.
No universal recipes. No one-size-fits-all packages.
Your business is unique. Your bird control plan should be, too.
  • One Project. One Point of Contact.
Commercial bird control projects can involve different products, suppliers, installers, maintenance teams, and property managers.
You shouldn't have to coordinate all of them yourself.
We can manage the bird control part of your project, coordinate the necessary specialists, and serve as your single contact point for project-related questions and issues.
One contact. One coordinated plan. Less headache for you.
  • From Problem Evaluation, Through Installation, to Long-term Maintenance.
We don't just tell you what to buy and leave you alone with a complicated installation manual.
Depending on the project, we can help with site evaluation, bird control consulting, solution engineering, product selection and sourcing, installation coordination, and ongoing maintenance planning.
Installation work is performed by experienced, properly licensed and insured subcontractors.
You get a complete approach to solving your bird problem, not just a box of bird spikes.
  • We Understand That You Have a Business to Run.
Your warehouse must keep shipping. Your hotel must keep welcoming guests. Your factory must keep producing. And your customers shouldn't have to watch a bird control project unfold around them for weeks.
We consider accessibility, operating schedules, safety requirements, maintenance needs, and potential interruptions when developing a project plan.
Effective bird control should solve your business problems, not create new ones.
  • Nationwide and Worldwide Experience.
Our experience goes far beyond one city, state, or country.
We've helped customers in more than 25 countries and virtually every US state, working with different bird species, climates, property types, and operating conditions.
Whether your problem is a warehouse in New Jersey, a restaurant in Florida, or an ultra-luxury resort in Seychelles, we're ready to discuss it.
Birds are everywhere. So are we.
  • Straight Answers. Even When You Don't Like Them.
Some bird problems are relatively easy to solve. Others require substantial investment, repeated treatments, structural modifications, or ongoing maintenance.
And sometimes a proposed solution simply doesn't make economic sense.
We'll tell you what we believe will work, what the limitations are, and what you should realistically expect.
If we don't know something, we'll say so. If we don't believe we can help, we'll tell you that, too.
We'd rather lose a sale than sell you a solution we don't believe in.
Our Unique Approach: The CREAM System
Birds don't leave a comfortable place
just because you ask them nicely.
  • CLEAN
    Start with a clean slate.
Remove bird droppings, feathers, nesting debris, and other bird-related contamination from affected areas. Powerwash if needed.
Cleaning helps eliminate the traces of previous bird activity that attract new birds and prepares surfaces for further bird control treatments and installations.
    C
  • REMOVE
Get rid of what attracts the birds.
Remove abandoned nests, eliminate accessible food sources, reduce standing water, and address other conditions that encourage birds to stay on your property.
Sometimes the biggest improvement comes from something surprisingly simple, such as securing garbage containers or eliminating a convenient nesting spot.
The fewer reasons birds have to visit your property, the better.
    R
  • EXCLUDE
If birds can't get in or land, they can't make themselves comfortable.
Use properly selected and installed bird netting, wire mesh, spikes, bird wire, physical covers, and other exclusion systems to protect openings, ledges, beams, roofs, and other vulnerable areas.
The important part is not just choosing the right product. It's choosing the right size, positioning it correctly, and making sure that the installation doesn't leave gaps.
One small opening can ruin an otherwise excellent bird-proofing project.
    E
  • ATTACK
Attack the problem. Make birds uncomfortable.
Depending on the bird species and property conditions, we use appropriate chemical bird repellents, hazing systems, surface treatments, shock systems, and other deterrents to make the area less attractive for birds.
The idea isn't to chase birds around forever. It's to convince them that your property is not a good place to stay.
And yes, birds can be remarkably stubborn about accepting that message.
    A
  • MAINTAIN
Birds don't give up easily. Neither should you.
Repellents require reapplication. Netting and spikes need occasional inspection. New openings may appear. And birds may try to find new ways around existing barriers.
A good maintenance plan helps preserve the results, identify new problems early, and reinforce the birds' learned avoidance of the property.
The goal is not just to get rid of today's birds. It's to make your property consistently unattractive to new birds, too.

Why CREAM Works as a System

Each CREAM element consecutively addresses a different part of the bird problem.

Cleaning alone won't keep birds away. Repellents without exclusion will not show their full effect.

And even properly installed barriers can become ineffective if new openings appear or maintenance is neglected.

The real value comes from combining the right measures into one practical plan.

We don't work with the birds. We work with your PROPERTY to make it bird-proof.
